• Adroit at MEP project costing, budgeting, scope of various aspects of project management including controlling (quality / process / schedule and cost), deliverable management and direct client interface.
• Professional skills & qualification in Oil & Gas Industry for at least 15 years in EPC and BOT projects including design and other engineering technicalities.
• Experienced in Engineering, Design & shop drawings, Pier Review & Consultancy, Preparation of Scope of Works, Proposal Managements, Commercial & Technical Evaluations, and Arbitrations on Contractual Issues.
• Strong abilities in following-up progress and holding review meetings to ensure timely completion and delivery of the project.
• An effective communicator with demonstrated ease at managing/ leading team members; allocating resources and guiding team members during project, till final delivery.

IV - Early 2005 till end April 2008 Senior MEP Technical Coordinator in “THERMO ElectroMechanical Work Contracting L.L.C.” – Dubai – UAE. Worked in the extension of Dubai Airport CONCOURS-II & TERMINAL-III & CARPARK, which was huge project gave me high & professional experience in electrical & MEP works in such important projects.

VII - 1992 till end 2004 MEP & Electrical Contractor Certified by the Syrian Order of Engineers Under my own Contracting Company called “House of Electric & MEP Works” – Damascus – Syria
IIX- 1987 Till 1991 was employed in “AL FURAT PETROLEUM COMPANY” in the position of senior electrical Engineer & later as Project Engineer for several important oil industry projects in Der Ezzor & Mayyadin Area .
